OPPORTUNITIES
​We are currently recruiting for Development Analysts:
​

Full-time in-office position
-
Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience (development, real estate, economics or land use planning)

Compensation commensurate with experience

We are seeking:
-
Passion & Curiosity - individuals passionate about the work we are involved in and motivated by delivering great outcomes​

Effective Communication & Research Skills - both written and verbal communication, and the ability to find and present research in a visually effective way
-
Real Estate Development Knowledge - a basic understanding of the industry, primarily in the GTA, and knowledge of the planning, economic and environmental factors that influence it

Key Responsibilities:
-
Conduct research and analysis related to financials, economics, retail, policy, real estate, planning, and other related fields​

Prepare and deliver presentations and reports
-
Support the development of retail and community ground floor programs for development projects

Arrange and support client and stakeholders meetings
-
Prepare written memorandums, detailed reports and project/meeting summaries
-
Support corporate marketing initiatives
