The former Toronto Coach Terminal is being redeveloped into a mixed-income, high-density, mixed-use development at the center of downtown Toronto.

The Toronto Coach Terminal site located at 610 Bay St & 130 Elizabeth St – one of eight sites to be unlocked through the City of Toronto’s ModernTO program – will be redeveloped as a mixed-income, high density mixed-use development that includes affordable housing, a Paramedics Multi-Hub and employment opportunities with a preference for innovative uses that take advantage of the property’s unique location within the Discovery District

 

Colliers and Spanier Group, on behalf of CreateTO, are launching the redevelopment process for the properties and in this first stage of the two-stage process are seeking expressions of interest from developers and potential anchor users for this landmark opportunity.
